Ethan was born in Southern Indiana and raised in East Tennessee before moving back to Southern Indiana in 2008. He’s proudly called Kentucky home since 2019, where he lives with his wife, Mariah. Today, he wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
Ethan brings a teacher's mentality to real estate, believing that buying or selling a home should be guided by education and transparency. His mission is to ensure every client feels informed and empowered throughout the process.
Ethan has been investing in real estate since 2017, became a licensed real estate agent in 2020, and earned his broker’s license in 2024. His firsthand experience as both an investor and real estate professional gives him a practical perspective when helping clients evaluate opportunities, understand risk, and build long-term wealth through real estate. Through Fairway Realty, Ethan shares the tools, resources, and real-world knowledge he has gained along the way to help buyers make informed decisions and become confident investors.
In addition to his real estate work, Ethan is also a Financial Coach. Prior to 2020, he hosted monthly classes at the McLean County Public Library on topics like budgeting, debt management, real estate investing, stock market basics, and insurance—making him a well-rounded resource for clients who want to build long-term financial security.

Nathan is a Kentucky-licensed real estate agent with Fairway Realty, serving buyers and sellers throughout Western Kentucky. Licensed since 2021, Nathan brings experience with residential homes, land, and a variety of real estate transactions throughout the region.
